Noureen is an American actor with Indian heritage that was born in New York City in 1984 and was raised in Georgia. Her parents hail native to Pune, India, and her sisters are twins, who she loves dearly. They were fortunate to be able to go to the most prestigious schools in America as their parents wanted to provide the best for them. Noureen's Indian parents provided her with Marathi Indian roots.
